1. How much is a website ?

Each project has different specifications, hence there is no fix price, regardless of its category. A price can be established only after a careful assessment of requests. 2. What is the hourly rate for graphics?

When dealing with a design project, the hourly rate is most often not proportional to the difficulty of the task. We at Artivisiona emphasize more on the creative method of obtaining a result and less on the speed a task is carried out. Prices, therefore, are determined by the project’s complexity and not the necessary hours required.

3. How can we set-up a meeting to discuss my project?

Time is man’s most valuable resource, so let’s start with a mutual gain! We suggest the most efficient communication means: online- via Skype! While having the value of the direct, face-to-face communication, it has the advantage of saving the time required for getting from one place to another and using that time for the project!

More advantages:

  • Instant sharing of information;
  • By means of technology, information is sent and received in real
    time, with no room for interpretation (links, photos, movies, basically any type of content);

  • Remote collaboration, regardless of the location
    The meeting can take place anytime both partners are available (from work, home, from the car, during a holiday, from another country.)
4. Do you work projects in urgency /under very tight deadlines?

Good projects require time for assessment, therefore we do not work with very tight deadlines. We devote the necessary amount of time to each of our clients in order to fully understand the specific business mechanisms of their trade. This is how we manage to create coherent projects, true to their style and objectives.

5. Do you have graphic templates that can be customized?

Artvisiona projects are exclusively tailored for each client. We have no templates, pre-designed themes and our work is not based on an already existing design. Each project is created from scratch, according to the specifications.

6. Do you operate legally?

We operate legally, of course ! Once the price and the terms of the collaboration have been agreed upon, we proceed to signing the Copyright Agreement. This agreement represents a mutual warranty of performance. Commencement of work implies a 50% advance payment of the previously agreed upon price, with the remainder of 50% payable upon delivery.

7. What are the client’s benefits from signing a Copyright Agreement?

In the event the work was not done by a company employee (employed with a labour contract), any design works belong to the author, even if you paid for it. This is the mechanism of the copyright law. By signing a CA, you are awarded exclusive copyright.

Furthermore, a collaboration based on a copyright agreement has several other advantages:
· it guarantees an original work, created by a specialized author just for you;
· it guarantees a good, functional and beautiful work, that fulfills its purpose;
· it guarantees that the work has not and shall not be sold to anybody else ( in copy) ;
· it guarantees your right of making it public with no additional approval from the author ( media advertisement: print, web and tv) ;
· it protects both the creator and the client in any legal plagiarism disputes.

8. Why is the CA the basis of all collaborations?

Main advantages in getting revenues on copyright:

  • no special organisational form needed (limited liability company, registered sole trader);
  • no shared capital needed;
  • the only existing duties between the payer and the income beneficiary are those stipulated by the clauses in the contract;
  • simpler handling of taxes and contributions;
  • it protects both the creator and the client in any legal plagiarism disputes.
9. I am not from Bucharest, how can we collaborate ?

Your physical location is irrelevant ( Bucharest, other towns, abroad). Most of our clients are not from Bucharest, but this is not an issue, as we are always connected through technology: e-mail, Skype or by phone.

10. How long does a project take?

We devote the necessary amount of time to each of our clients in order to fully understand the specific business mechanisms of their trade. This is how we manage to create coherent projects, true to their style and objectives.

Estimate project execution times:

  • Brand design: 30 days;
  • Presentation site: 45-60 days;
  • Virtual shop: 60-90 days;
  • Optimisation: 14-120 days;
  • Packaging design: 30–90 days;
  • Animation: 30-90 days.

11. Attending pitches?

A designer must never invest time and resources without having a payment warranty, just like any other professional. That is why we only begin our work upon signing the contract and receiving the down-payment (50% of the project’s overall value).
